The Tacit Suppressor3 is a size 3 suppressor produced by ArmaMod and is part of the Tacit series of compensators. When a dedicated suppressor is affixed to a firearm, it diminishes the overall sound of firing, albeit with a minor reduction in range and damage. This enhancement makes it more challenging for adversaries to pinpoint your location, potentially giving you an advantage in ambush situations. Suppressors come in three distinct sizes and can be directly attached to the barrel of any standard firearm. Commonly referred to as silencers, these devices function by controlling the speed of gas release from the muzzle, thereby lessening (though not completely eliminating) the noise generated when a round is discharged.
